Once you receive your funds, we work hand in hand with you to get your home ready to sell. With years of experience transforming clients' homes, we work with top vendors, ensuring every detail of your home, from painting, staging, and repairs, exceeds your expectations. Stephen & The Parisi Group will help guide you through each step of process giving you the freedom and peace of mind that your home is in the best hands.
We will start by doing a room by room analysis (including your outdoor spaces) to determine the best ways to enhance your home's aesthetic. First, we will decide the best ways to amplify the space- from simple and cost effective methods of delcuttering and deleting unnecessary items (Marie Kondo would be proud!) and re-arranging exisiting items to optimize the space best for your potential buyers. We have several tips and tricks to styling that we've learned along the way to help you maximize your profits. We understand current design trends and the best practices to touch up your home, to help sell it for the highest price possible. From popular paint colors and home accesories to working closely with stagers and vendors to help illuminate your space, we take a true interior design approach to getting your house ready for the market.
We know that selling a house can be a stressful process, so our goal is take as much off your plate as we can! We will help you by purchasing accessories, picking out paint colors, getting quotes, scheduling vendors, and handling payments on your behalf. We can handle all aspects of your home's makeover without you having to even be there (don't worry, we will ALWAYS get your approval first.) We are there for you from start to finish!
Concierge is not just for your home's indoors, but we want to help you transform the home's curb appeal too! How Does It Work?
- We will work together to decide which services are neccesary to increase your home’s value and set an estimated budget for the work.
- You will apply for Compass Capital, which partners with Notable a licensed lender, to provide no upfront cost, 0% APR loans to qualified applicants.
- You will receive a credit card, with a budget based on the value of your home.
- When you have your funds ready, we begin to the work; Scheduling vendors, getting quotes, buying odds and ends for your home, and managing the progress as the work is completed.
- Once the transformation is complete, your home will go to market.
- You pay for the services once you home sells!
