Set in a warehouse that has been used in numerous facets, the design will be highlighted by an original Paul Davies mural. The 7th-floor venue will incorporate a mixed design from the 20's and 70's, tastefully expressed graffiti art, along with a rooftop bar and pool.
What else? How about 48 hotel rooms (including 3 party suites), industrial design, a gym (suited with steam and sauna rooms), a common area, restaurant, lounge, and a 40-foot-long stone mosaic bar.
Membership for one club is $2,160, with all club access set at $3,300 annually. And if you are under 27, you get a price break of $1,080 for one, $1,658 for all. Naturally, you will need to be approved by the anonymous membership committee - keeping in mind that they are not looking for a Hollywood crowd.
