Having proven himself over 2 decades as a top producer and working along side the best brokers in the business, Stephen has taken the lead to create something new with Property.

Stephen takes a creative approach to real estate. A lover of architecture and design, he has masterfully overseen the staging and photography of luxury homes as well as skillfully negotiated for both buyers and sellers. He is a firm believer in education and is hands-on with his clients in every respect, making sure they thoroughly understand every step of the process and answering any questions they may have. As a mentor and manager he has overseen hundreds of transactions and has a keen understanding of the technical and legal elements of California's escrow process.

When he’s not working, you can usually find Stephen doing something active. He's has multiple gym memberships so he won't get bored working out. He's been a competitive tennis player, and he's a master at Google Flights and booking travel (something he loves to do). Latest obsession is 35mm photography.
